A provisional reservation is accepted and held for a period of 10
days. If confirmation and booking deposit is not received within this
period the reservation is automatically invalid.
A DEPOSIT OF 20% is required with the completed Booking Form. No reservation
is valid unless the Booking Form is completed and received by Warwest
Limited and Warwest Limited's written confirmation is received by the
Hirer.
The balance of monies due for the hire, supply of goods and services
is payable 7 days prior to the date reserved for the function. If a
reservation is made 7 days prior to the function date, the total marquee
hire fee and balance of monies due is required to secure the booking.
We reserve the right to cancel the marquee if these terms are not
adhered to. Clients running bar and wine on account must settle their
accounts before leaving the marquee. Overdue accounts are liable to
a surcharge of 2% per calendar month or part thereof.
All instructions concerning the supply of food, wine, drinks, music
etc. must be made at the time of booking. Instructions will only be
accepted from one organiser or representative. Written confirmation
of the final numbers of persons to be catered for must be received (fax)
7 days prior to the date reserved. We reserve the right to refuse adjustments
to numbers after this period.
Hirers wishing to run a bar account must be specific concerning exclusions
eg double measures, certain drinks etc.
Clients may engage the services of a band or discotheque provided
that the musicians adhere strictly to instructions. A facility charge
of £30 will be made whenever a band is engaged to play but in no circumstances
will Warwest Limited be responsible for the settlement of musicians
fees which is the responsibility of the client.
We regret that clients own wine and/or catering cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation - Refunds are at the discretion of Warwest Limited. However,
a deposit may be refunded by Warwest Limited should the marquee be re-booked
and 6 weeks written notification of cancellation be given by the hirer
but in any event will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of
the booking fee. The hirer is liable for the balance of the hire fee
and the cost of any goods or services reserved on the Hirer's behalf
should cancellation for any reason whatsoever take place during the
4 weeks prior to the date reserved or if the marquee is not re-booked.
At all times the refund of the deposit is at the discretion of Warwest
Limited.
Neither Warwest Limited nor any of its employees or agents shall be
liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, accident or delay to persons
or their possessions however caused. Clients use the facilities and
grounds at their own risk.
Losses, damage or breakage to any fixtures, fittings or equipment
will be charged for. Also included is excessive breakage of glassware.
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to acquaint each member of his/her
party with the above conditions of hire
Where flowers are provided as part of the marquee hire and without
extra charge, these remain the property of Warwest Limited.
