The Virtual Office |

| The Virtual Office is a business identity
plan that aims to eliminate the home office disadvantages without imposing
an excessive cost. Identity plan holders have all the services available to tenants, as set out in the Serviced Office section, except that:- |

Use of the conference rooms is on average restricted to one occasion per month |

Keys to the building are not provided |
| Like tenants, Identity plan holders may
use the postal address, facsimile and telephone numbers of the Centre. Calls are answered on our general switchboard on behalf of the company or firm. Messages are both taken and given and our secretarial staff can implement any routine instruction given by the Identity plan holder automatically. Alternatively for an additional £15 per month you can have your own line, which will be answered by the reception in the name of your company and messages left on your voicemail. There is also an additional £15 per month administration charge for this facility. |

Charges for facsimile, photocopying and telephone calls are at the rates set out in the Licence Fee and Services section together with the telephone service details of which can be found in the Serviced Office section. The charge for the Virtual Office registration is: £50 per month + V.A.T. A deposit of £150 is required. |
