Our role
We aim to provide a complete business service for the organisation that does NOT wish - at this stage - to incur the heavy capital costs and other responsibilities of setting up its own self contained office facility, or perhaps is not yet certain as to the scale or location of its eventual office requirement.

With us there is:-
NO long term commitment
NO capital outlay on equipment or furnishings
NO need to engage staff
Our facility
Our offices are fully furnished to your requirements and our basic monthly charge includes all the fixed establishment charges you would incur if you took your own offices: Rent; Rates - general & water; Heating & lighting; Office cleaning; Use of office furniture and use of communal areas; Reception; Cloakrooms; Kitchen etc. The two conference rooms are available for your meetings or seminars - at no extra cost - as are the services of our receptionist/telephonist. It is our experience that the proper handling of messages, when you are out or engaged, is of the very greatest importance.

Companies have their own keys and security fobs to the Centre and their offices are available to them on a 24-hour, 7 day a week basis. There is no charge for periodic redecoration or for the fair wear and tear to furnishings.

Offices are served by an advanced telephone exchange that provides analogue and digital lines. ISDN2 lines are also available which provide enhanced data transmission.

You can either elect to:
1.
 Use the Centre's number 01628 762600 which will be answered "Bray Business Centre" for which there is no additional charge; or
2.
 Use a direct-dialling number. These calls will be answered in the name of your company or such other name, as you require and then routed in any number of permutations with messages either taken at the switchboard or to your voicemail.

The charge for direct-dialling numbers is £37.34 per quarter for the first line and £18.67 per quarter for each successive number. ISDN lines at normal BT quarterly charge.

Calls are charged and logged to the extension from which they are made at standard BT rates and itemised on each monthly bill, if required.

Standard and non-standard display telephone instruments are at standard BT rates.

Access to BT Openworld (ADSL) can also be made available for those companies requiring fast open analogue lines for heavy data transmission.

All offices are centrally heated and are well equipped with power points. Tenants may provide their own electric heaters for out of office hours.
